PERLIS: Kangar Post Office

First Day Cancellation of Kangar Post Office, Perlis. The main reason why I visited Kangar Post Office is because this is a joint stamp issue of Malaysia and Thailand and I can go across to Thailand on the same day as Perlis is next to Thailand boundary.
