Malaysia Stamps - Underground Engineering Excellence - November 21, 2011 Issue
Underground Engineering Excellence stamp issue is on the Kuala Lumpur SMART Tunnel construction. 6 stamps of 60 sen value and 1 miniature sheet with a RM2 and RM3 holographic adhesive stamps. I bought these stamps for collection from a stamp dealer in Penang as I was away during this November 21, 2011 issue.
