I visited Taman Chai Leng Post Offcie in Penang Mainland to get the First Day Cover cancellation because the name Taman Chai Leng has a combination of Malay and Chinese. "Taman" in Malay language means "Garden" while "Chai Leng" in Chinese characters is 才能 - the name of a Malaysia Chinese businessman. I hope to purchase the China FDC for this joint issue and will post it here later.
