Malaysia Stamp - Malaysia Day Celebration 2018 - September 16, 2018 Issue

I was travelling but found time to create these First Day Covers and additional covers at Shah Alam Main Post Office, Selangor. My second visit here. These stamps and covers were only on sale on September 18, 2018 due to the weekend and public holiday.

Malaysia Stamp - Special Overprint - International Bank Note and Stamp Fair, 1st Avenue Mall Penang - September 14-15-16

An overprint on Electric Train Service March 20, 2018 stamp issue to commemorate the International Banknote and Stamp Fair 2018 at Ist Avenue Mall, Penang. Special cover sold by Pos Malaysia. There are 3 exhibition daily chops for each of the 3 days of September 14, 15 and 16 when the fair was held. I also used stamps of the original Electric Train Service issue and also a 2012 coin stamp as this is also a bank note fair. Enjoy viewing.

Malaysia Stamps - National Day Celebration 2018 - August 31, 2018

To celebrate Malaysia National Day Celebration 2018, I went on a day trip to visit the main post offices of 3 states, Penang, Kedah and Perlis - Pulau Pinang (George Town), Alor Setar, Kangar are the state capitals.

I collected also FDC cancellations done in Ipoh, Kualau Lumpur, Putrajaya, Kuantan, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, Parit Buntar (Perak), Alor Gajah (Melaka) and Rompin (Negeri Sembilan).

Also did a hybrid cover with older flag themed stamp issue and created private creative covers using Kiriman Merdeka covers with different stamps, stickers, drawings.
