Malaysia Stamps - Underground Engineering Excellence - November 21, 2011 Issue

Underground Engineering Excellence stamp issue is on the Kuala Lumpur SMART Tunnel construction. 6 stamps of 60 sen value and 1 miniature sheet with a RM2 and RM3 holographic adhesive stamps. I bought these stamps for collection from a stamp dealer in Penang as I was away during this November 21, 2011 issue.

Malaysia Royal Palaces July 18, 2011 stamp issue. There are 10 stamps RM1 value of Royal Palaces of Kuala Lumpur and nine states. I created these FDC at General Post Office of George Town, Penang Island.

Malaysia - Virtues - Stamp Issue June 13, 2011

Date: July 18, 2011
Today, the Virtues are reissued with correction on the "Thank You" stamp. The original stamp (on the right) shows Hindi script. The reissued stamp (on the left) shows Tamil script on the top and Hindi script on the bottom. Traditionally, in Malaysia the three major ethnic groups depicted are Malay, Chinese and Indian (Tamils). Whatever the reason, now I have both the original and reissued version.

So Pos Malaysia can add another virtue: "To err is human, to forgive divine" for this postal error.
